- Work with sales managers, partners and customers to define, design and understand technical requirements
- Support sales managers and attend meetings with potential clients to understand technical requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collected
- Present and demonstrate the USP’s of the solutions to potential customers
- Provide support in written information for RFI/RFP and tender proposals
- Prepare technical solutions in a professional manner and within agreed timeframes
- Collaborate with different teams such as product team, delivery, finance and legal etc. to prepare a complete technical solution
- Provide technical support on customer demonstrations or trials
- Provide technical workshops to partners and clients, including live demonstrations and hands-on training sessions
- Support deployment of a solution in post-sales phases
- Attend live events and trade shows to demonstrate the products and solutions, support sales with technical knowledge during the meetings and meet the partners
- Contribute to business development efforts and strategic relationships with partners
- Fluency in English and Slovene
- Familiarity with company’s products and services (additional training will be provided)
- Solution selling experience
- Troubleshooting capability, IP & networking knowledge, and practical hands-on experience
- Knowledge in IPTV, video and audio encoding, packaging, and delivery for OTT
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure deployment
- Be familiar with end-users devices (iOS, Android, Chromecast, Web browsers, etc)
- Available for traveling on-site in average once per month
- Strong team player and a positive attitude
